A PR application or also called a Permanent Residency application filed to the Federal Government of Canada is your next milestone before progressing further
CONGRATULATIONS, you have now received your CSQ(s) - (certificat de sélection du Québec), and should be aiming to start with your Permanent Residency application.
Wether you choose to go with PAPER BASED or ONLINE SUBMISSION, both ways work (at least so far, while IRCC and technology in general leans towards online portals due to their functionality and ease of use)
You can access the Online Portal by clicking on the "Start my Application" button in the header of this page, or by CLICKING HERE
There you will be prompted to create a Username and carry on with the verifications as required.
Once you login, you will have to create a new application (that you can name whatever you want when asked), and proceed to start with the completion phase of the Online Forms required.
After selecting what Immigration Program you are applying to, the system will load for you the required list of Forms and display them in a table.
The Forms that have a "START" button on the right side are the ones required for you to fill, in addition to the forms you can check in the next tabs.
Following your successful online Permanent Residency application completion, you will have to provide the below documents in scanned images of PDF formats.
You are advised to scan all the documents and combine the required in PDF documents for the ease of management. you also have to follow the naming chart format provided inside your login portal, and location to upload each specific file type.
Note that Documents lists are customized to each individual and profile according to the information provided, but collectively between most profiles submitted, a general list was common to acquire:
NATIONAL IDENTITY (main applicant & spouse)
POLICE CERTIFICATES (main applicant & spouse & any dependent over 18 years old, and for every country you have resided in for more than 6 months)
FAMILY REGISTRY (if applicable)
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (certified copy with original translation)
BIRTH CERTIFICATE (for main applicant, spouse, dependent if applicable - certified copy with original translation)
PASSPORT INFORMATION PAGE (for main applicant, spouse, dependent if applicable - colored scanned copy)
PHOTO PASSPORT (50 mm x 70 mm, with face dimensions of 31 to 36 mm from top of the head to chin, this document should have both the face and the Back scanned, where on the back the information required are, Studio stamp / date of taking the picture / name of the person in the photo, DoB date of Birth) - you can consult the IRCC PHOTO REQUIREMENTS STANDARDS HERE
CSQ (all CSQs certificat de sélection du Québec received should be uploaded, not just the main applicant)
PAYMENT RECEIPT (after processing the payment, you will receive a proof of payment document that you should upload in the required document under the respective category)
DOCUMENT CHECKLIST (also do not FORGET to upload the document checklist on which you should have ticked all the items that were requested from you as an applicant)
Furthermore to providing the documents in the previous section, you will also be asked to download, fill, and sign (preferable digitally) the below forms and upload them again in their respective locations

SHC 5 (Economic Classes – Declaration of intent to reside in Quebec, IMM 0008-Schedule 5)
Additional Family Information (Form - IMM 5406)
Supplementary Information (Your Travels, Form - IMM 5562)
Schedule A (Background/Declaration Form - IMM 5669)
After you / family receive your CSQ(s), and apply for the Permanent Residency online or paper based, you will be asked to pay the corresponding fees for this phase.
For the online applicants, in the PR application logged in area, you will find at the bottom part of the page a link that redirects you to pay your fees.
A separate username should be created / login, where you will specify the parameters of your application (members, and what you wish to pay for from features such as biometrics), and then a Sum will be calculated for you to proceed to checkout
MAIN APPLICANT = 1,325 CAD
SPOUSE (if applicable) = 1,325 CAD
CHILDREN (if applicable) = 225 CAD / per child
Biometrics = 85 CAD / per person or 170 CAD /per family
(this is recommended to be paid along with the application fees online, but one can decide to pay at a later stage)
NB: for people paying from inside LEBANON, additional fees will incur for exchange rates and bank commission fees
Note that all the information provided by the applicant, spouse or any member in the profile should be legitimate, correct and true.
All information provided at this step (PR application), will be verified at a later step in the process where corresponding documents might be further requested as a proof.
Before submitting and finalizing your Permanent Residency application on the online portal, be sure to thoroughly revise the profile very, because after you submit, you will not be able to view or modify any part or your application again
In your application forms you are filling online, right click when you are inside any form and click print, in the printer selection drop down, select PRINT TO PDF and save each individual form on your Computer as a backup.
