what is my next step ?
A CSQ or also called a certificat de sélection du Québec is your next milestone before progressing further
After your profile on Arrima has been reviewed / found eligible as per the score gathered from the information submitted and the draw executed, Québec would have sent you a letter of interest to apply using the "Mon Projet Québec" or what is know as "Green Portal"
At this point, you will find an email in your Arrima (Blue Portal) with a link / a username / password, that should Lead you to the “Mon Projet Quebec” portal, where you will login and carry on the CSQ application process
On the “Mon Projet Quebec”, you will be able to fill the continuity of you immigration application. Where you will have a tree menu on the left side of the site with green ticks to each section you have successfully filled and completed (NB: you will be asked to prove with documents later on, all the information you provide in this phase, such as diplomas, employment letters, etc.), hence use the adequate information that was mentioned by yourself earlier in the Arrima (Blue portal)
Whatever you have as discrepancies or wrong information between the 2 portals Blue & Green, you will be asked to clarify, hence causing delays to your application and more cost due to sending supporting documents by DHL or regular post to Canada
After submitting payments (refer to payment chart in the CSQ Payments tab for accurate calculations), you will be promoted with a confirmation email, and after what seems to be on average a couple of days, you will receive an email with the personalized “List of Documents” that you need to submit by courier in hard copies to the "Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration" using the below address
Following your successful payment confirmation, the Ministère de l’Immigration will be sending you a document list, containing the paperwork and proofs needed for the information you have previously logged in into your Blue & Green Portals.
Note that Documents lists are customized to each individual and profile according to the information provided, but collectively between most profiles submitted, a general list was common to acquire:
UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATIONS or EQUIVALENT REQUIREMENTS (main applicant & spouse)

WORK EXPERIENCE (employment letters showcasing company name(s), weekly hours, time of employment (full date YYY/MM/DD), employment Main Duties that align with NOC, salary is optional)
